Free Topic- My favorite Restaurant

I like to try every kind of foods around the world and around Taiwan, I think every kind of food have there owned culture and the special of it, so I have is a goal to try all kind of food around the world, and I wish I can finish this goal one day.

My favorite restaurant is Haidilao, the Chinese name of it is 海底撈, it is a hot pot restaurant from China, it was stared in Sichuan Province, China in 1994. In the early, they are just a little restaurant that sells hotpot in China, but after many years they have over 320 restaurants in China, and it is getting more and more.

Haidilao is famous for its service, they have very very great service, they offer

Free shoe shine, nail service to there customers while they are waiting.

The most famous food of it is the spicy pot of it, the spicy pot of Haidilao tastes really great, and another special food of it is a noodle called 撈麵, this is traditional food in China , it has been created over 1000 years in China , this noodle is not easy to make, because it needs special tools to make it, and it needs much power when we are making it. They also have many special foods that are not in the menu, we can find those special foods on the Internet, I knew a special food called Bract shrimp, this food is like a hamburger, but they the bread to Bract and they put shrimp inside, it taste crunchy and delicious after we cook it, I like it very much.

I want to try this restaurant a long time ago, but it is always full of people, so I keep have no chance to try it, but I tried it last month in Banqiao , I think the service of it was really really great, all the waiter and waitress are all kind, and they always are smiling, that makes the customer very happy, and they will also chat with us, and very happy to help us when we need, I feel is been treated like Family, I think next time when I want to eat hotpot, Haidilao when comes to my mind the first, and I also want to share this great restaurant to all my friends. It is really a great restaurant to try.
